Just in fresh from the Pony Express.....

All the little buckaroo's will be delighted to find an  expanded Kid's Games Tent at the 2004 Tuckahoe Outlaw Days.

This year there will be a special spot just for toddlers, close to the picnic area where mom and dad can relax and sip on some good ole' lemonade and the little ones can still play and have a horsey good time!

For the older youngins' it is their chance to step back in time...all the way back to the late 1800's and experience life as pioneer kids.  Special games and craft projects will be available.  New this year will be several contests - more news to come on that!

Take a drive on out to Queen Anne, MD and enjoy an old-fashioned three legged race, ring toss, rolling hoops and even run in a horse race....and if you win, you get to keep the horse!!!!.....nah, it isn't real, but look at it this way, at least you don't have to load hay in your car!

Kids can also try their hand at striking it rich at the gold mine right outside of Tuckahoe City.  Rumor has it that Tuckahoe River is loaded with gold and all sorts of precious gems.  They can pan for gold 'till their fingers wrinkle for just a buck - wow, what a deal!  Pony rides will also be available courtesy of the Jousting Club, a small fee will be charged.

Of course, Outlaw Days wouldn't be complete if you didn't hunt down some nasty outlaws....as you enter Tuckahoe Territory, Wanted Posters are handed out and it is your sworn duty to search Tuckahoe high and low in search of your outlaw.  Once you find him or her (being mean and unsavory isn't just limited to the menfolk in Tuckahoe!), just have that varmint sign your wanted poster, turn it in to the Trading Post and receive your official Tuckahoe City Deputy Badge.  Everyone knows the best time to catch those ornery outlaws is right after a cowboy shoot-out play, so make sure you are comfortably seated on the straw bales (best seating in Tuckahoe!) every hour, on the hour, from 10 to noon and again from 2pm through 4pm and keep a keen eye out for your outlaw!  Get a sneak-peek of the 2004 shoot-outs, click here.  To get a head start on spotting those outlaws, browse through our outlaw gallery - burn those outlaw faces in your memory so you'll be quick to take 'em down!
